• 10 minutes by bike, 20 minutes by bus + metro or 35 minutes walk from the faculty of medicine, pharmacy and nursing school Rockefeller campus.
• Direct tram to law school (10 minutes)
• Velo'v station Tram T4, C25 and C23 bus 300m. (See transport map)

Configuration

• Top floor of a house on 3 levels, very quiet and ideal for students who need to work and revise quietly.
• Relative independence because the floor is dedicated to three rented rooms but still requires access from home.
• A common area is dedicated to the 3 bedrooms on the same floor, it includes a small hall leading to the bedrooms, a large bathroom with bath and shower, a small kitchen and a toilet

Shared areas

• WiFi internet access on the first floor, in addition, a RJ45 internet connection is available in every room
• A locked bicycle garage is available on the ground floor.
• Access on request to the laundry room of the house on the ground floor with washing machine and dryer
• Kitchen with hob, microwave oven / mixed electric oven, sink, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, kitchen equipment, cutlery plates and glasses.

The three rooms can be rented separately but a group rental is possible.

Rental prices 

The three rooms can be rented separately:

• The attic room for rent € 360 / month (300 + 60 of charges)
• The garden room for a rent of 360 € / month (300 + 60 of charges)
• The room on the street for a rent of 380€ / month(300 + 80 of charges)

One month rental guarantee will be asked to sign the lease.

Rental conditions

• The rooms are non-smoking.
• Priority will be given to three students with group rental to simplify relations between the occupants for access to toilets and showers.
• The house is occupied the lower floors with the presence of children, the quiet is requested, access of rented floor through the house.
